「TICA台北原住民當代藝術中心」由「誠美社會企業股份有限公司」贊助成立，致力於推廣台灣當代原住民藝術、文化及公益項目，持續為原住民藝術在藝術市場大展鮮明，讓原住民在藝術上所展現的躍動生命力，能有效的推廣到主流社會，並期許將原住民的藝術、文化與國際接軌。

二、核心業務

我們提供台灣原住民藝術創作者專業藝術展演的機會，藉由價值論述與策展的方式、協助整合台灣原住民藝術文化工作者，提供相關藝術家相關產業知識諮詢，引導原住民藝術工作者進入主流藝術產業，讓其創作能穩定地在藝術市場曝光，進而傳達藝術家對於自身生命體悟與文化價值，也讓收藏家有機會接觸到當代原住民藝術，以建立認同並予以收藏與支持。

(1)國際藝術博覽會

為了讓當代原住民藝術家的作品能夠有效的進入藝術市場，自2015年起，我們持續的參與國際藝術博覽會，期待透過商業的方法，讓主流藝術世界能夠看到原住民藝術的魅力與潛能，並尋找買家，讓原住民藝術家透過創作能得到具體回饋。此外，也期待藉由藝術博覽會的曝光，能讓更多專業藝術圈的工作者一同關注當代原住民藝術的發展與展望。

(2)藝術專案計劃

為了讓主流社會能夠更關注原住民議題，自2015年起，我們發展了「原動力革命」藝術專案計劃，邀請排灣族藝術家巴豪嵐‧吉嵐(Pahawlan Cilan)創作101隻造型奇趣的山豬雕塑作品，探討當代原住民文化、身份認同及生活形態改變…等相關原住民議題。我們期待透過藝術介入不同的單位、活動以及事件進行，串連出更廣泛的議題視野，並擴大主流社會對原住民議題的關懷與探討，並創造出藝術有效的社會功能。

(3)藝術與公益項目

為了實踐企業社會責任，我們將藝術計劃具體串連公益項目，自2015年起，我們與「社團法人臺東縣南迴健康促進關懷服務協會」合作，透過原住民藝術家的參與，宣傳興建南迴醫院的募款計劃，讓主流社會理解南迴地區醫療資源不足的問題，而民眾透過參與藝術，創造具體的贊助行動，促使南迴醫院的興建能夠看到被實踐的未來。

(4)CSR藝術行動方案

1.藝術收藏

您可以透過我們收藏原住民藝術家的作品，原住民藝術家將會得到具體回饋與持續創作的動力，而我們也將得到持續帶領藝術家進入藝術市場的資源與能量。

2.IP授權 

您可以透過我們取得原住民藝術家的IP授權，應用在您即將開發的商品或是各種數位應用上。透過授權應用，藝術家將得到更有效的曝光與更廣泛的回饋。

3.CSR委託執行

您若有開發CSR項目的需求，可以協助我們舉辦藝術家的展覽或各式活動，或者們也願意與您共同討論其它相關的CSR形式，有效串連您的企業社會責任精神，共同推廣原住民藝術文化。

I. Mission

"Taipei Indigenous Contemporary Art”, sponsored by “CHEN-MEI Art & Culture Inc.” with endeavour to promote Taiwanese Indigenous contemporary art, culture and charity. Aiming to single out the Indigenous dynamic within the artistic market bringing it to mainstream society and the global audience. 

II. Core Business

By the collaboration with Indigenous artists in a professional standard, we coordinate and support the artists with related information. Through valuable theoretical and curatorial approach we escort the artists to major markets and help to sustain their visibility containing both the artists’ personal experiences and cultural values. Making way to extend Indigenous contemporary art for recognition, collection and support.

(1)ART FAIR

To pave the way for Indigenous artists into the art market, we constantly participated in international art expos and fairs since 2015. In hoping to create visibility that the dominant art world will get to see the charm and potential of the Indigenous art reaching wider range of collectors where artists’ work can be recognised. In addition, to attract more related peers attention to Indigenous art sustainability and future aspirations. 

(2)ART PROJECT

In order to bring the Indigenous issues to dominant society, we have launched the “Inner Revolution” art project in 2015. We invited the Paiwanese artist, Pahawlan Cilan to sculpture 101 unique wild boars as the prism of precarious Indigenous life style and the recognition of identity. In an attempt to widen the vision of Indigenous circumstances calling for mainstream societies attention and discussion to mobilise societal function through art exertion. 

(3)ART & CHARITY

To practice Corporate Social Responsibility, we inject charity into art projects. Since 2015, we have collaborated with “The Association of South-link Health Care Promotion for Taitung County”, with Indigenous artist involvement, we promoted the fundraising project for the South-link Hospital revealing the scarcity of medical resources. Believing that the public who take part in art will also enable practical support giving a promising future for the construction of the South-link Hospital.

1.Art Collection

By collecting Indigenous artists work from us, the Indigenous artist will not only be motivated with actual benefit, it also creates impetus for the market of Indigenous art and boosts energy and continuity. 

2.Intellectual Property Authorisation

For an effective Indigenous art visibility and wider feedback, you are welcome to contact us to gain the permission of the Indigenous artist intellectual property for both personal and commercial use. 

3.CSR Commission

If your organisation has a CSR strategy that could assist us to hold various Indigenous relations art events or we would also be delighted to fulfil any requested CSR related approaches to connect your enterprise ethos together to promote Indigenous art and culture.
